Terms of Use
Before
using my graphics, please take some time to read my terms of use, which describe
the proper use of all the graphics you will find in this site. I reserve the
right to change these rules at any time, without prior notice, so please be sure
to read these rules regularly. I also reserve the right to request removal of my
graphics from any site, or to restrict use to any person due to objectionable
content or violation of my terms of use. (I will ask nicely first) If there is
anything that you don't understand, please don't hesitate to contact me. You do not have to have a website in order to use my
graphics. Please email me
with your website URL so I can pay you a visit and see how you are using my

What you CAN do...
1. You may change the layouts of the websets I provide. You may also mix
and match backgrounds between MY SETS ONLY!
2. You are welcome to decorate your personal/commercial websites. You need to make links to www.goldengraphicdesigns.com on every page where the graphics are being used. (A separate credits page is NOT ok). Use a logo or a text link in a readable size.
3. Feel free to decorate your own emails (remember to make links to www.goldengraphicdesigns.com as well as any other tube credit that I provide in the sets) in each email, but you may NOT create email stationary to share with others.
4. You may add text to text boxes I provide in my sets, but you may NOT add text to any of my graphics. Please, do NOT change the color, animate, or use my graphics to create other graphics such as logos, banners, e-cards, tubes, or tutorials. You may resize if necessary.
What you CAN NOT
do...
1. You may NOT change the text links/credits that I give to the original
artists whose tubes I use. If I find that you've changed any of the links
provided in my layouts, I will immediately ban you from this site.
2. You may NOT offer my graphics on a website, or offer my graphics to your friends. You must direct interested parties to my website, in order to attain the graphics. I will be keeping a record of people who are requesting and purchasing them.
3. You may NOT use my graphics on a site that supports or exploits hatred, violence, pornography, or racism. Only family and kid-friendly sites are permitted.
4. You may NOT use my graphics for making labels, stationary, cards, etc...unless they are for your own personal use and not for any commercial purposes.
5. Do not claim these graphics as your own.
6. You may not mix graphics and backgrounds of other sets with mine.
What you MUST
do...
1. You will need to use the following scripts on every page my graphics are used
in order to protect them and show respect for my work. You may click the name of
each script to be directed to
Dynamic Drive where you will find information
about each script and directions on how to install them.

If these scripts are too confusing, you can CLICK HERE to get the codes I personally use on my site. It is one HTML code and combines the "No Right Click" and disables the Copy/Paste feature at the same time. It's very quick and easy.

TERMS
What you CAN do...
1. You can mix my tubes with that of other artists, so long as a link is
provided back to my site in the page that the image is being displayed or sold.
However, you are allowed to only mix and match the items as they are without
modifying them in any way.
2. You can use the images to make websets, sigtags, adoptions, etc...for your personal use or also for selling the completed image of your creations.
What you CAN NOT
do...
1. You cannot resell any image in the same format as I have
placed them in this set. In other words, you cannot just make up another name
for an image and sell it without making any adjustments. You need to mix and
match and create your own look to them.
2. You cannot alter, resize, or modify the images in any way.
3. You cannot give this set or any images in it to anyone else. It is for your personal use only.
What you MUST
do...
1. You MUST link any pages displaying tubes back to my
site:

2. You MUST use this set only for family friendly sites.

What you CAN do...
1. You can make siggies, premades, stationary, websets, etc.. for free or
commercial use.
2. You can tube the lines or bases to add to your members area, sell in tube packs, auctions, etc...Your members logo is required to be placed on each page(s) the tubes are placed upon with a link back to Golden Graphic Designs.
3. You can change the eye and lip colors on most bases. If there are any different terms, they will be stated on the page where the base is located.
4. You can tube my lines or bases without a license!
What you
MUST do...
1. You
must always link back to Golden Graphic Designs when any lines or bases are used to make
tubes, stationary, etc... Link must be placed on each page they are placed upon.
2. All bases must be fully clothed with hair before you are allowed to sell them.
What you CAN NOT
do...
1. You can't alter my lines or bases in any way except to animate or mirror the
image. No recoloring, resizing, etc...unless stated on the page that you can.
2. Custom Bases may not be renamed unless it states so on the given page.
3. You are not allowed to share my lines or bases with friends, etc... to use for sale, or to add to their members area. They must purchase a membership with license if they want to use my lines.
4. You can't use my lines or bases for scrapbooking, crafting, etc... or any offline use.
5. You can't write tutorials for my lines or bases.
6. You can't put them on a CD for free or for sale.
7. Do not chop, resize, or create new lines or bases or claim as your own.
8. You cannot use my lines or bases AS IS at ANY TIME! You may not create AS IS tubes at any time!
